Cosmetic Box Common Customer Complaints & Solutions
Cosmetic Box Common Customer Complaints & Solutions
Customers who order cosmetic boxes often raise complaints about printing color difference, glue overflow, inaccurate die-cut size and surface scratches. These are the most frequent issues for cosmetic packaging orders.
Color deviation usually happens due to different display screens and paper absorption. Our solution is to provide pre-production color samples for customer confirmation before mass production. We strictly follow the approved sample to adjust printing parameters.
Glue leakage and poor bonding occur during box assembly. We train workers to control glue quantity and inspect every box after pasting. Any overflow glue will be wiped off immediately.
Wrong dimension or bad creasing makes boxes hard to fold. We check die-cutting moulds before running bulk goods and do random size testing every hour. Surface scratches are caused by improper packing. We add protective paper between boxes and use firm cartons for shipment.
Once receiving complaints, we respond quickly within 24 hours. We ask customers to supply photos and videos to confirm problems. If defects are from our side, we offer re-production, partial refund or replacement to protect buyers’ interests. Good after-sales support helps us keep long-term cooperation with cosmetic brands
